We follow a strict recruitment process that includes face-to-face interviews, DBS/CRB checks, and other regulatory requirements such as evidence of training and professional registration. We also ensure that our care staff has a minimum qualification of The Care Certificate and that they receive necessary annual training in various safety matters.
